Donna Gober Slater
JUNE 22, 1961 – JULY 14, 2007
Donna Slater, age 46, a caring and loving soul, passed Saturday, July 14, 2007. She was born to Rosa and Willard Gober at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA on June 22, 1961 and moved to Austin when she was three years old.
She had a down-to-earth spirit and enjoyed taking good care of her four dogs, BB, Lovers, Murphy, and Rocky. She also enjoyed being a devout wife and life-long friend.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 24 years, John Slater; sister-in-law, Linda; sister, Melissa; brothers, Gordon, Ronny, and Delmar; adopted sister and brother through time, Michael and Janice Moseley and their children, Misty, Brandy, Rodney, Morgan, who knew her as Aunt Donna; and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Memorial service was held Friday, July 20 at 4:00 p.m. at All Faiths, 4360 S. Congress. We all love you very much.
